Reunite Ruby and Ayden

Ruby is coming home but we need your help!! This sweet dog has been through SO MUCH and has been away from home for over a year because her owner Ayden (age 8) suffered a traumatic brain bleed in May 26,  2017. He had just learned to tie his shoes the night before and was ecstatic to go to school the next day and not have his twin help him. At 4:10 am he came into his grandma's room screaming that his head was killing him, waking the whole house up, including Ruby who was sleeping right next to him. He coded 2 minutes later and was given a 15% chance of making it. Ruby watched as he was ripped away from her, as well as the rest of  the family,  and was kenneled  a week later. As Ayden fought for his life she was left wondering what had happened to her best friend and family. After 6 weeks in ICU at Riley hospital, inpatient rehab, 2 brain surgeries, and many other close calls, Ayden continued to fight.
     Through the grace of God, Ayden survived and has been rehabilitating since that day!! He has come a long way and is currently at Cincinnati Children's hospital doing rehab to hopefully be able to walk on his own again and one day walk his friend, Ruby.  Ruby has been well taken care of through the efforts of the Hamilton County Humane Society and Paws N Play this past year.  Ayden's family is so excited to welcome Ruby home.  In order for Ruby to be successful at home, she needs adequate backyard accommodations and a fence is a necessity.  Please help us meet Ruby's needs and reunite her with Ayden and her family. She is starting to suffer from the time away from them and needs to return home quickly!! Ayden would love for her to come home after his rehab is done in a couple of weeks and he needs everyone's help!! We can't do it without your help! Together we can build this fence.
