On Wednesday night, November 13th, every parents worst nightmare came true for Taylor and her partner, residents of Victoria BC. Their 5 month old baby girl was experiencing symptoms of meningitis and was rushed to hospital where their fears were confirmed.
Baby Nova is now in critical condition in the PICU at VGH and is receiving treatment for meningitis while her family waits beside her to pull through this nightmare. No parent should have to be stressed about money during a time where they are dealing with a critically ill child so we have come together as a community of Mamas to start a fundraiser for the family to ease any financial burden and make sure they can stay together with Baby Nova while she fights this life threatening illness.
