Hope for a miracle

On the night of April 1st, I was admitted in the hospital because what was thought to be a minor complication with myself and my baby, ended up being an overnight stay to a rush emergency delivery following the next morning on April 2nd at just 34 weeks.
As every mothers nightmare is to hear the words of a professional doctor that "your baby is really sick and will need a lot of care", I was denying the fact and hoping it was just a bad dream yet coming to realize it is in fact REAL and yet it was at that point in time, my heart felt numb and my mind went blank. Baby Sahmir has PPH ( persistent pulmonary hypertension ) , thickening of the heart walls which makes his heart not function as it should. Coming out of trying to recover from a major surgery to giving all I can to be with my baby comes thoughts of why and how will I do it. As a mother of 2 other boys at home, it breaks my heart even more that I can't be at 2 places at once but to believe in the lord that everything will be okay as FAITH and HOPE and LOVE for baby Sahmir, my family and the Lord himself is all I have strength for.
So for the next months , don't know how long or how short , we have to just pray everything will work in our favor and I write and create this page for my family and friends to lend a helping hand even if it is not financial wise but words of encouragement, hope , prayers or anything. Even just sharing this story will be of great help. It is a scary road and ofcourse a long journey ahead but we only hope we can get through it and baby Sahmir will come out stronger than ever. Anything helps at this point and will be greatly appreciated.
