Strauss Family Memorial Fund

It is a sad day for Hale Trailer. One of our employees, Christopher Strauss, lost his wife after her courageous and valiant battle with cancer. This disease has touched all of us in one way or another and it is never easy. Chris’s wife, Morgan, was a loving and devoted mother to their 3 young children, Daniel 7, Brody 4, and Audrey who is just 14 months old.  In her 31 years, she touched many lives, especially those she cared for as a nurse in the Mother/Baby Unit at Virtua Hospital.  During the past 7 months, Chris has been a rock for Morgan and their children.  He remained positive as he went about his daily tasks while caring for everyone else. From taking care of their kids, to sleeping countless nights at the hospital, to getting Morgan to all of her doctors' appointments and chemo treatments, he has been unwavering.
