Jim McGuirl's cancer fund

Jim McGuirl has recently been diagnosed with a rare cancer of the bile duct or biliary tree called cholangiocarcinoma. Only 1 to 2 people in 100,000 get this kind of cancer. The tumor is unresectable which means they cannot take it out .  He will not be able to work and will need his wife Aleisa McGuirl to take care of him; which means she will not be able to work as much. The money raised with this fundraiser will go to make sure that they will be able to pay their bills and that he will be comfortable until the end. Anything is appreciated and the family is very greatful for everyone already doing things to help them.
