Help Get Back On My Feet

On the night of august 11, 2017 got into a tragic car accident that sent me to the hospital in critical condition. Was hospitalized for weeks had multiple surgeries due to the severitites of the injuries (broken vertebrate, lung puncture, fracture ribs, crush pelvice, broken femur) At the time i have no use of my left leg and 75% of my right,  need adaptive equipment to go throughout the day (Back brace, walker, ramp, etc..)Due to long journey of recovery its going to make it hard to return back to work.  Worked all my life to support my family throughout the years now barely being able to support myself is a hard thing for me to accept, so asking for help is something i don't do but now i find myself asking for help.
