Tough Mudder
Tax deductible
On October 7th, our work family from Queens District Attorney’s Office will be participating in Tough Mudder—a 10 mile + 20 obstacle event that’s about “pushing yourself… teamwork, camaraderie, and accomplishing something extraordinary.” That’s a nice way of saying we may need people to carry us home after the event as we have to complete obstacles such as the “snot rocket”, electrocution fence and “ice enema-the rebirth.”
This year, a member of our team and her family has had to deal with the devastating news that her dad was diagnosed with Glioblastoma, a type of brain cancer. Right now there are more than 700,000 people living with a brain tumor and they need our help.
Please consider donating to our race so we can continue funding more studies for Jamie-Lynn’s dad and so many others through the American Brain Tumor Association.
