Medical/Rent

As most of you know, I have been out on disability for the past 4 months. I should be going back to work next month but I need some help to get me there. The bills have added up and I have been relying on my Grandmother to get my rent paid but she can’t keep helping me this month. 
The money will be going towards the following:
-Rent
-Doctor Appointments 
-overdue bills
