Help Myrna Fight Cancer

As many of you may know Myrna was again this January diagnosed with a very aggresive cancer.  After many doctor's visits and numerous consultations in the Brainerd lakes area she was pointed south to the Mayo clinic.  The doctors at the Mayo were extremely thorough and again through multiple tests, scans, and screenings, a plan was formed.  After multiple trips chemo and radiation were ruled out and the reality set in that the only option was a life changing surgery.  Myrna stayed positive and strong through the whole ordeal and with her family and friends is ready to bring the fight to cancer. 

Armed with confidence and the loving support of her friends and family Myrna is scheduled for surgery March 7th.  The reality is that Myrna will probably spend between 1-2 weeks as an inpatient at the Mayo after the surgery, and extensive time therafter in therapy and recovery at home or with her daughter at her home.  Cancer has done its damage no doubt, but with everyones prayers, faith and love we believe Myrna is going to get through this speedbump and continue living a full and happy life.

The financial burden is a major hurdle Myrna is now contending with.  There is deductibles, co-insurance, prescription costs, travel expenses, and also various out of pocket costs.  These costs along with a loss of wages while not working are already beginning to take there toll and add alot of stress to an already exremely stressful situation.  Financial resources are limited, as Myrna just began her new job that she loves so much this past November.  Myrna and her family need your help!  Please donate what you can and share this with all of your friends.  We are confident that with the amazing doctors at the Mayo clinic, and your help we can get Myrna through this and back on her feet with no undue stresses!  The support and prayers from all of you make all of the difference.   Lets help Myrna kick this disease to the curb!  Thanks and God Bless!
