Billy Green Medical Support

Last July, Billy Green suffered a major stroke while working. He was lifeflighted to KU where he incurred a lengthy stay and numerous surgeries, including the removal of part of his skull. Billy was then transported to Cameron Rehabilitation where he endured intense daily physical therapy sessions. While there, he was lifeflighted back to KU due to surgery complications. Once Billy stabalized he return to Cameron to continue therapy & rehabilitation. He was then released in November to continue in home therapy sessions.

At the time of Billy's stroke he was unisured. Beginning July 2015 he will thankfully be insured through Mary Beth's plan, but the cost of this coverage will be a significant financial hardship for the family. The insurance will help cover costs of continued therapy sessions, doctor visits, and medications. The funds generated will bring relief to The Green's by helping cover the insurance premium. To be noted, Billy does not qualify for the Afforable Care Act due to Mary Beth's insurance. 

In addition to Mary Beth being the sole care taker & provider, she has also taken on the responsibility of her soon to be 5 year old grandson. With the impending school year another out of pocket expense will be added, that  of a full time care giver for Billy.

These unforseen circumstances have brought The Green's many emotional, physical, and financial strains. As people who love Mary Beth & Billy unconditionally, we thank you for all the support you've shown thus far and ask for continued love & prayers.
