Urgent help needed

I am going to just use what Tammy sent me. She is a childhood friend of mine as many others she is always there for others in need. Well, she needs help right now.

I hope so. I’m so scared. I have until dec 19th to make at least one payment or they will start foreclosure. I didn’t know what to say so Micaela reached out to you. I don’t know what all info you need. I taught fourth grade math and I got laid off of my teaching job that I had been at for almost three years because I was not able to return on nov 13th which was the end of my FMLA. I was on FMLA for depression and was going through counseling and was to return to work on 11/13. I fell and shattered my knee and broke my leg in several different places on oct 18. The dr said it was a severe break. I was in the hospital and rehab center for a month. I’m still not cleared to go back to work and won’t be for several months. I have applied for the short term and long term disability benefits that I had through my employer but the claims are still being processed and not approved yet. I am working on getting my retirement amount out which is small right now but I can’t get that out till January. I had my second neck surgery last July and have truly had a rough year with health issues. I worked so hard to get my degree and get a good job and buy a house and I don’t want to see it all crumble beneath me. I know God is able and that eventually I will be able to return to a productive life but I just feel so helpless right now. I cry everyday because I’m so worried. I don’t want to lose my house, not only for myself but for my two grandsons because this is the only home they have ever known. My oldest grandson who is almost three always gets so excited when we get home and says, “I’m home!” In his cute little voice. It kills me right now to hear that because I worry how long I will have this home for him. I’m not a taker and never ask anything from anyone and hate to have anyone help me with anything because I want to be able to handle everything all on my own but right now I just can’t. I know it’s only temporary but I just need a little help right now to get me until I’m well. Some of my utilities are behind and I’d like to buy the babies a few small gifts for Christmas but right now my main concern is my house. Thank you so much. I don’t know what other info you need. My mortgage is $875 a month and that includes fees. The only other detail I can think of is that I had major emergency surgery on my leg and knee in October and since I got laid off in November, my ins coverage ended yesterday and I’m still in physical therapy.
