Help get a Handicap accessible van

Hi! My name is Cade and I have cerebral palsy. I am 21 years old and am from Louisiana. I rely on a wheel chair to get around and my current means of transportation does not allow for me to drive my wheel chair up into the van. Currently my mom has to carry me in and out of the car and I am a growing boy and am getting very heavy for my mom to continue carrying me and I don't know how much longer she will be able to do it. It would also give me an opportunity to have a little more independence by allowing me to be able to get in and out of the car by myself and as a 21 year old I would really like to not have to rely on my mom as much. I would really appreciate any help in getting me in a handicap accessible vehicle. Thank you so much!
