Please help bury my sister

My sister passed away after giving birth please help my family with funeral arrival. Sha'Asia 26 years old went to the hospital to have her labor induced. The doctor gave her a test dose of epidural and anesthetic medication (fentanyl). He inserted the epidural catheter wrong and didn't wait enough time between the epidural & the other meds. When she said she was having trouble breathing, he would not give her oxygen. She delivered a healthy baby girl but had a heart attack 2hrs later and died.
