Laptops for Schools Campaign

My Mission. With the situation in the UK with lockdown It’s important that education is still available for all children and young people through technology so they can access on line resources etc But schools have limited numbers of laptops to loan out to each pupil ........ and limited funds to purchase more and government allocation has been cut to save stock! So my mission is to support schools and try to get more laptops and give every child an opportunity to continue on their education pathway! I’m wanting to raise as much funds as possible to give to purchase more laptops for schools! A tall order I know.......... but whatever we can do is a positive step! Stats- How many schools are there in the UK? There are currently 32,770 schools in the UK. Of these, 3,714 are nurseries or early-learning centres, 20,832 are primary schools, 19 are middle schools and 4,188 are secondary schools. There are 2,408 independent schools, 1,257 special schools and 352 pupil referral units (PRUs So this is a tall order ........... But if everyone donated £5 we could raise millions and even provide each school with some equipment! Please share and donate!!!!
