On October 13th, 2020, the world lost a beautiful soul, but Heaven gained another Angel. Frank Fletcher Sr. had a spirit that was contagious. He brought laughter and joy with him wherever he went. Despite all his hardships, he kept a positive outlook, a smile on his face, and kept fighting as long as he could. The loss of this beautiful soul will be felt by all those who loved him for the remainder of their lives. He leaves behind a family who loves him and will miss him dearly.

Julie lost her other half, her star gazing partner, her best friend. The loss of Frank has left a hole that can never be filled.
