Rick's Road to Recovery

9 months ago my dad lost his job after 36 years. The company he worked for literally closed the doors with little to no notice. He has been looking for work ever since. 3 months ago he lost his unemployment and is no longer eligible. 10 days ago we found out that he had a massive blood clot in his left leg which has led to multiple surgeries and thousands of dollars in doctor/hospital bills. He is still hospitalized and will have to undergo more surgeries and will also need home healthcare when he is discharged. My dad has always been a provider for his family and the last 9 months have been a very trying time for him. One of his biggest worries right now is the financial burden he feels he is causing. I am staring this go fund me to help alleviate his worries and lift some of the financial burden off of my parents.  These funds will help cover out of pocket expenses, co-pays, medications, and equipment he will need to modify his home for basic every day needs.
