Many of us know the Porter's as one of the sweetest families in Denver. We've all shared in Clinton and Elizabeth's happy moments whether we've connected in person or from the family photos they share with us on Facebook. We now share the pain of a difficult time.
Elizabeth has breast cancer.
A little about Elizabeth: Elizabeth is the kind of sister friend we all want in our lives. The one who is there to help, the one with the shoulder to cry on, a strong businesswoman, a terrific mom and wife. The friend who cheers us on through good times and through adversity.
As for Clinton, he's the friend who's always ready with a hug and a word of encouragement. As KW family, we look forward to seeing him at our events - Clinton's there at all of them with a contagious smile and a giving heart.
Dear friends, the Porter's need our help.
With every cancer diagnosis comes incredible and surmountable challenges. Some challenges require us to hold them up with hugs, love, and prayers. Other challenges require us to hold them up with our financial gifts.
Currently, they are facing huge (double) insurance deductibles as Elizabeth's treatments are at the end and the beginning of a calendar year. These enormous costs are coupled with the fact that Elizabeth must take a leave of absence from work and the family will be losing her income.
Please donate to the Porter's GoFundMe account. The money raised will go directly to the Porter's to offset the on-going medical expenses/insurance deductibles.
