Help bring my father home!

Hello my name is Anthony Napolitano. I am trying to raise funds so I can help transition my father from a horrible nursing home facility back to his home to live out the rest of his days safely and in peace with his family. The conditions are awful and as a person who is disabled mentally and physically at home care is extremely expensive for the equipment he needs to live peacefully, as well as to continuously support all of his medical needs!
