Attorney fees

I have lived with my mother and been her caretaker for over 5 years.  I have 2 brothers who haven't lifted a finger to help me or their mother in those 5 years.  On Sunday August 27th my middle brother took my mother from her home while I was gone. He then held her for 2 weeks and wouldn't let me see her or talk to her.  During that time, he had her change her POA from me to him and also had her sign away her lifetime living rights at her home. He then put her in a Nursing Home against her wishes.  I am trying to raise funds to hire an attorney to get my mother back home where she belongs and out of one of the worst Nursing Homes in NC and to get her POA changed back and to have her lifetime living rights restored. She was under duress and had no idea what she was signing.   She wants to come home. I have posted videos and pictures on my Facebook page so that you can watch them and read what is going on.  It's a dire situation and we need help as soon as possible. My mother is already showing signs of a stroke and when I finally got to see her yesterday for the first time in 18 days her clothes were soiled in what appeared to be urine.  I tried to take her home but the Nurse wouldn't let me even though my mother said she wanted to come home and has now banned me from coming back to see my mother. If you can help us out with any donation amount so that we can hire an attorney to get mother back home where she wants to be we would be so thankful and appreciative. I have been mother's caretaker for 5 years and unable to work so I have no money to hire an attorney.
