Please help Ceasar get the surgery he needs

This is Brian Volo's mothers dog. Caesar needs surgery very bad. We have checked with several vets and found one to do it cheaper. He has a very large cist on the back of his neck that has been drained several times and now has to be removed before it starts getting deeper in his neck. The surgery will cost around $2000.00 and in no way can she afford this cost either so PLEASE HELP CEASAR GET THE SURGERY HE SO BADLY NEEDS! Thank you.
