Serenity's got her Angel Wings and Mommy needs help with just a few things.

Sweet Serenity Paige Fraim has gained her Angel Wings to be with her heavenly father and Uncle Marc. It's a new chapter for her Mommy Kara and anyone who would like to give her a little support to get started, she would much appreciate it.  During the 3 years of this sweet angels life, Kara committed her entire existence to the care of her special needs daughter.  She was active in the research and support of the Cloves Syndrome Groups and many other charities that have impacted her life during those 3 crucial years.
