Xavier needs Heart surgury and a chance to live!

Hello! This is to help my friend who recently lost her 1st dog at 14! She was so devastated and looked into adopting another. She found one in the high kill shelters of NYC, read hus profile, he was 1yo, found as stray, and has a heart murmur. She had AMSTERDOG RESCUE pull him and volunteers transported him down here. She took to vet who said there was no murmur so she made appt to have him nuetered when that vet said oh yes there is a murmur. She went to cardiologist and found out 1 of his valves is not working and was suprised he made it this far! He needs surgery soon to have a balloon inserted and open valve. He is a wild and crazy boy and its been hard to keep him calm, he is just a baby. She was able to get an appt for surgery March 14, and now the clock is ticking!! We need to raise money asap for all his medical bills so PLEASE, even if its a little or alot every bit helps!!! Added a few of the invoices....
