Help the Lee Family

The past few days Morris and Carissa have lived a nightmare that strikes fear in any parent. They didn't know whether their child would live or die, and if she lived, would she recover or not.
Morris and Carissa's oldest daughter, Jordan, has been hospitalized since Wednesday because of a seizure. Jordan is a freshman at Viborg-Hurley High School, and was sitting in class when she suddenly had a seizure. Her seizure persisted for hours, despite being given medical care and medicine to treat it. She was then flown by helicopter to Sanford Pediatrics in Sioux Falls, and put in the PICU. She was medically put into a coma, so the doctors could run tests and let her body rest. The tests they ran showed no known reason for Jordan's seizure. Her MRI was clear of any abnormalities, bleeds, or tumors. Thank Goodness!! God is good!
However, Jordan still has a long road of recovery ahead for her. She will attend school for shortened days for a while, and is having some short term memory issues. There will be more doctor appointments with specialists, and more tests. Carissa will be working half days to help Jordan and make sure she gets to her appointments. The family does have insurance, and will definitely meet their total out of pocket maximum, but even paying that is going to be a hardship, along with time missed from work during Jordan's hospitalization and afterwards. Please consider helping this family out and generously give a little, so they don't have to worry about expenses along with worrying about the health of their child.
