Xander Noel Memorial Funds

Xander did not get to live the life he had planned out. As a high school junior, he was studying hard to join the Navy and eventually join the Center for Disease Control. He was devoted to finding a cure for many of the diseases that plague us. His life and his plans were cut short after a tragic car accident on April 10th. Xander loved to run. He was driving back from a trail run when the accident occurred.
Xander exuded vibrancy and passion for life. He will always be beloved by friends and family and will be missed by everyone who knew him. He had many titles - son, grandson, cousin, nephew, friend, and BROTHER. He was funny, smart, and kind to everyone. He loved nature, silly Internet songs, his family and his sister.
Xander understood he was part of a bigger whole. He was selfless his entire life. When he received his driver's license, he was very excited to show everyone he signed up to be an organ donor. "Why would I need my organs anymore?" he said. Through his generous forethought, 90+ different people will get a part of Xander. We can take some solace in the thought that his love and light will continue on.
Words cannot explain how devastated we are and how big a hole he will leave in our lives. No day will ever be the same now that Xander is no longer with us.
No family is prepared for this. We do not know the full extent of what the total hospital bills will be. Donations will be used to defray the hospital bills and associated charges. Any excess would be donated to the Midwest Transplant Network.
