Help save my life for my kidney Transplant and my fight against Lupus please

In 2005 i was diagnoised with Lupus Nephritis which two years later in 2007 took over my kidneys and forced me on dialysis. I was blessed to have my amazing twin sister donate her kidney the same year to me.Three years later the news i was prepared to handle......Lupus was attacking my new kidney.Ive been on dialysis for almost two years now waiting for a donor, while very grateful for dialysis its also very weakining and tough on the body while trying to stay healthy for my next transplant.
