Fight for Desmond.

Des is my adopted son.   His mother and I have separated and had a signed agreement in place in which custody and residency are shared.  Very unfortunately for Des his mother has withheld access for him to see me since Father's Day.  Des has ADHD and also PTSD from his time in foster care.  In the diagnosis process and in the report the doctors requested that Des spend more time with me.  I work 2 jobs to try to help and provide for Des.  When I'm not at work I spend every moment possible with him.  My son is everything to me.  Along with those issues he has behavioural problems in which I had him therapy to help resolve them but has not been going cause I can't take him.  Cause of the behavioural problems he has no friends to speak of and has a very difficult time in social activities.  My son also is not getting his voice heard and that is why I am asking for legal funds so I can ensure Des gets to spend the time with me.  It's going to be a legal battle and am trying to get the Office of the Children's Lawyer involved so Des can have his voice heard and his desires granted.  He deserves everything he wants and he feels I have abandoned him.  I will forever fight for Des and I don't want to make a mistake by representing myself.  He deserves the world.  Any help is greatly appreciated.  All funds will be 100% towards legal representation.
