Help my dad pay his bills

Hello my name is Crystal my father is in his wheelchair for having strokes. He was riding to the store when he was hit by a vehicle. He was in the hospital for a week. He recently was able to come home. We have got him settled in and right now he needs constant care. Everyday he is a little better than the day before. My siblings and I have been trying to get his bills together so he does not have to worry about them. He has an electric bill, and water bill that we can not pay on our own. They are going to shut it off soon if they are not paid. We are asking for help anything will help. Thank you
