Emergency Medical Needs & Supplies

I am starting this account as a desperate measure for some help and aid. I realize that this is a very tough time for everyone. I am a Type 1 Insulin Dependent Diabetic, currently being treated with an artificial pancreas. I lost my job in mid August, and am currently unable to continue paying my medical insurance. Which means, all of my medications, and pump supplies; including insulin, now have to come out of pocket. Just under 2 years ago, I had a stoke caused by complications from my diabetes. I just don't want for my health to deteriorate that far again. Especially to the point of having another stroke.
I am currently searching for work, but until then, I have exhausted all of my financial means to be able to sustain continuing to purchase the necessary supplies needed to healthily maintain the treatment of my diabetes.
I'm just seeking some financial assistance to be able to get by until I obtain work, and am able to reinstate my medical coverage.
I want to personally thank each and everyone that is able to help!! Even if you cant help, please post this link on your social media sites. Right now, everything helps me out in my current situation!!
