Please help if possible for my life long friends Rick and Jeanette Talik. On Ricks birthday August 26th he received the most devistating news a parent could ever receive. Police Officers showed up to his house to inform him that his son slid off the road and was thrown from his motor cycle landing face first into a tree with fatal results. They are currently living in Arkansas where Wyatt has many friends throughout the community. They are having a memorial in Cabot AR then traveling to Saginaw MI for another Memorial. Just looking for a little help for them since Rick is off work due to his own accident 2 months ago. I remember going to Grand Rapids to see the little guy when he was born, and to watch Rick raise him into a very hard working respectable man of his community. Being here with them hearing the praises from the community on helpful, respectful, young man he was makes me proud to have been part of his life. Ride on little brother.
Rick wrote this inspiring message.
February 14, 1997 GOD had blessed me with my first born son Wyatt Christian Talik. This boy has change the way I went about life. He was my wake-up call on how precious every single day is to hold and to talk with your child even if you disagree or fight with each other. He was a blessing not just to me but to everybody who was in contact with. His personality grabbed everybody by storm and he had dreams where the sky was the limit. The LORD has made his mark with Wyatt Christian Talik and need his soul to be with him eternally. I remember the first days he helped me wrench on my bike, and the day he was able to grab those same handle bars and ride it up and down my street. I was a proud dad, and still prouder than ever. He sure took life by the bars and went with it and loved to ride his bike. I'm couldn't wait to the day that he rode with me and his little brother but now my son please be a Guardian Angel to Dakota and the rest of us. I LOVE YOU SON, you changed so many people's lives I didn't think that August 26th on my birthday that I was going to say goodbye to you for the very last time.
