Surgery for my French bulldog

My Frenchie BabyD needs Soft Palate and Nares surgery.  She can’t breath normally and has difficulty sleeping and walking for a while.   She is my everything.  when I got her  she was dirty and in really bad condition. I nurse her to health. But her breathing is really bad. I can’t take her on walk cause she collapse. I’m afraid she will go into cardiac arrest. Since I just got her,  I just got her insurance but I’m still in probation period and they won’t pay because it’s a pre existing condition from a previous doctor. I can’t wait she shakes at night and wakes up unexpectedly from her lack of breathing. Any  help would be appreciated.  I will post after pictures if I get enough for the surgery.  Thank you so much.
