www.alalsarchive.com is the home of the largest live online polka recording archive in the country. Our goal is to preserve, maintain and share our history with current and future generations!
Along the journey this archive has gone from dropbox links in a facebook group to a dedicated ftp server and now currently onto a cloud host complete with website and streaming player of archive contents.
Due to the severe growth of this archive within the past 2 years, an increase in storage comes at a price. The website and domain are also up for renewal at the begining of June.
Being this is a non profit archive, this page has been setup to help offset the costs of the domain/webhosting renewal and for storage.
Our costs to maintain this archive are as follows:
InMotion Hosting: $200 for 3 years (includes migration from godaddy and domain for 3 years)
Google Drive Storage $99.99yr (1TB of cloud space) We have exceeded the current 100gb storage plan we currently have and this is the next upgrade
