Help Jess Make it to Treatments!

Well, my name is Jessica. I’m 26 years old and I have active SLE Lupus, Lupus Nephritis in my transplanted kidney, Stage 3 kidney failure of that transplant, and my lupus is doing this cool thing where it’s eating my red blood cells to sustain itself. I’m going through chemotherapy treatments, apheresis treatments, IVIG treatments, and many blood transfusions. I live up north in a small town called Gaylord, as I prefer to be near my family, and I am having to make frequent trips 4 hours downstate to Ann Arbor, Michigan. This is the best hospital for me to be at, with the most knowledge of my case. But I’m running into the problem of not being able to find a ride. My car broke down and I can no longer drive a manual transmission due to symptoms of the active lupus. I can’t return to work due to my condition and I absolutely cannot miss any of my appointments. My life is on the line, and I’m fighting hard! No one is counting me out yet ;) I will beat this. But I need some help financially, getting by. I need a good, working, awd or 4wd vehicle at the very least to ensure I get the care that I need to survive. Any help at all will be greatly appreciated- God bless!
