Dear Friends,
We all know that Wuhan, China, is under quarantine due to coronavirus since Jan 23rd. All public transportations of this city with 11 million population have been stopped, including flights, trains, bus, ship and subway. It is estimated that more than 10 thousand people are infected, although the government only accept 1 thousand. This virus is similar to SARS but with much quicker spread rate, estimated as 7.75 times. More than half of healthcare providers (physicians and nurses) are taking care of the patients with little or no protection at all. All voices the government makes are just cover-ups and should be understood in an opposite way. Now it is a critical time that we must do something to save all the heroic doctors and nurses. If they can't win the battle with coronavirus, we will face a world war against coronavirus very soon and many more people will get infected or die from it.
We have purchased 9220 surgical masks (N95, 1860) and 60 chemical splash goggles so far. The first wave of 480 masks has been sent to SJC airport at 1/25 night and took Hainan Airlines flight 7990 to Beijing in 1/26 afternoon. After that it will arrive Wuhan by train in 1 or 2 days and head to Wuhan Zhongnan Hospital directly.
Second wave will be on 1/27 with 4360 masks and 60 goggles to Wuhan No.4 Hospital (Puai Hospital). If you have any question about how we can deliver medical supplies fast and securely, please see our updates section.

马上就要过年了, 先祝大家新春快乐！ 在这个冬去春来，辞旧迎新的喜庆日子里， 却有一个不那么和谐的因素困扰着全世界的华人，让人心有不安。
各位可能已经或多或少的了解到，在武汉，这个中国中部有着一千多万人口的特大城市，正在经历着一场史无前例的大灾难。在那里，一种新型的冠状病毒，凭借超长的潜伏期和极强的传染性，在不到一个月的时间里侵袭了整个城市的大街小巷。
雪上加霜的是，由于在疫情早期的判断失误，很多不知情的病毒携带者已经离开了武汉，去了中国的其他省份，甚至国外，造成了巨大的潜在风险。1月23日上午10点，武汉市已经启动了全球瞩目的全城隔离：封城。所有的市内室外的公共交通全部关停，包括飞机，火车，轮船，地铁，公共汽车，长途汽车和绝大部分高速公路。军队和武警已经入城维护秩序。这个雷厉风行的举措，是史无前例，规模空前的。也是一个让武汉人民骄傲和自豪的巨大的自我牺牲。为了最大限度的控制病毒的传播，武汉把自己变成了一座孤岛，武汉人的坚守正在上演一版现实中的“生化危机”！
一方有难，八方支援。同德同心，扶危持颠！十四亿中华儿女永远都不会抛弃自己的同胞！来自全国各地的医疗团队正源源不断的抵达武汉。风尘仆仆的他们自愿放弃了春节假期，告别亲人，义无反顾的冲进了这座人间炼狱，和武汉的同行们站在一起，并肩战斗，成为1千1百万市民的守护神！医疗物资的紧张也牵动了无数国内国外的同胞们的心。数以百万计的医用N95口罩，防护服和防护眼镜正从各种渠道送往武汉。
作为一名土生土长的武汉人，我对这座城市有着特殊的感情。 他孕育了我，也成长了我。奔腾的长江塑造了家乡人的眼界和激情，支持着我走南闯北的脚步从不停歇。现在虽然我在万里之外工作和生活，但是我无时无刻不在关心家乡的一点一滴，她的繁荣昌盛，她的苦难悲凉。我为她的成功而惊叹，也为她的失败而惋惜。远远的，我就这么静静的注视着她的成长，十年，二十年。直到现在，终于到了这一刻，到了我能为她做点什么的时候了。
本人乃硅谷一介草民， 做事向来是有心却也无力。这次正巧家中领导毕业于同济医学院，也曾在武汉当过几年医生， 甚至2003年还在急诊科抗战在非典的第一线。此番见以前的同学同事，还有她哥，都在前线浴血奋战，前赴后继，又勾起青春回忆，不禁激情澎湃，热血沸腾。所以当她得知自己可以为国内提供一些物资上的帮助，就完全停不下来了。 我就打个下手吧。
现在武汉各医院需求量极大，我们自己的力量实在无法满足，所以第一次上这个平台，是时候让同胞们向世界展现一下中华民族的凝聚力了！我们会匹配所有捐款的十分之一，每到一千美元我们就匹配一次。匹配总额上不封顶，直到我们破产。再次谢谢各位父老乡亲！
