Disabled Veteran needs help!

My friend and disabled veteran Tommy Smith was attacked by a man this last weekend. During the attack his 1996 Land Rover was heavily damaged. Headlights were busted out, windshield broken and drivers side door was damaged to the point that the window won’t roll up and the door won’t close properly.  The $2500 will buy replacement parts and I will help him install everything but the windshield. 
The government gives this man  about $700 a month to live off of therefore he can not afford the repairs.  I have seen him give his last few dollars to a young mother that needed to buy food and diapers for her child with no expectation of being repaid! His heart is kind and now he need the help of others! I’m looking to either fund the parts or if someone can help with the repairs or parts even that too would help! He is in Cartwright Oklahoma.
