Wreck:Medical bills

I was in a really bad car wreck on 09/28/2020. I am 18 years old, temporarily unable to work because of my injuries, which are; several compression fractures in my spine, a concussion, my left eye being messed up- due to fractures, multiple cuts & bruises, and last but not least a sprained ankle along with fluid built up in it.
I was in the front passenger seat, I was thrown through the windshield into a barbed wire fence & got tangled in it when the car caught on fire and exploded, within 20 feet from me. We were ran off the road by a drunk driver- then left us. 
my insurance isn’t paying for anything at all. If anyone can even donate a dollar, literally anything at all.. I’d very much appreciate it, anything at all will help. I have well over 100,000$ in medical bills alone.
