Get Julian home

My great nephew, Julian is losing his battle to Stage IV neuroblastoma. He is currently inpatient at CHOP and has been since March 16th. Julian has a wish to go home or to a home in the surrounding area where he can be with his Kitty, puppies and family. Oswego county Hospice is unable to take him due to his level of care. We would need to get a special fluidization bed, lots of medical supplies and more than likely private duty nursing who are trained in ports/pca pumps etc. We honestly have no clue how much this will cost or even if it is possible.
