WR YIMBY in support of oneROOF

Waterloo Region Yes In My Backyard (WR YIMBY) is raising funds in support of oneRoof Youth Services. Recently, some oneROOF neighbours appealed a Committee of Adjustment decision allowing oneROOF to expand its services by adding housing to its existing building. OneROOF has reached a settlement with neighbours that will allow them to move forward with their affordable housing build. As part of that settlement, oneROOF is covering the appellants' incurred legal costs, as well as oneROOF's legal and planning expenses related to this appeal and LPAT tribunal.
