Leanne’s medical expenses

I have had serious lung issues since 2005 when a bout of pneumonia left me with a permanently collapsed lung. After 12 surgeries there was no more they could do. I was stable - albeit breathless trying to cope with only one functioning lung - until February 2016 when my good lung became seriously infected. A simple operation was scheduled to remove the diseased collapse lung, which would hopefully stop the infections. I was only meant to be in hospital about 5 days but ended out in there for 9 weeks. I died twice and was placed in induced coma’s 3 times. Again I was sent home with everyone’s fingers crossed. At that time I was on oxygen 24/7 with a converter for in the home and 6 bottles of oxygen a month, all covered by the government. But this year they took the converter away saying blood tests show I only need oxygen 14% of the time and it has to be over 30% to be subsided.  But I need Oxygen 100% of the time when I’m out of the house. Two months ago I suffered a potent infection. At present I’m on home intravenous antibiotics. The picture shows me with Ralph (my oxygen bottle) and the IV antibiotic that feeds the fluid through a picc line in my upper right arm that goes to just above my heart. I have needed a lot of extra oxygen bottles. They are around $19 a bottle with a $55 or $110 delivery charge depending on if you want it that day or the next. So far I have ticked up about $1,200 in extra oxygen. My health will not drastically improve. I want to buy a converter. They are $2,000 to buy. 
I’m on a Disability pension and these bills are over my head. I would love to be able to buy a converter and clear the oxygen account - which will still increase until either I get a converter or this infection is totally cleared
