Helping Melissa

Many of you may know Melissa Bourcier from the App Mod Go to Market team. She has worked with Deloitte for 8 years and spent over a year at the App Mod studio as a key asset to the development of the strategic marketing plan. A few months ago, Melissa was diagnosed with Stage 1 Breast Cancer and had to go on Medical leave. Aside from caring for her 1-year old baby Greyson, who was diagnosed with Congenital Heart Disease, Melissa now must undergo chemotherapy and a double mastectomy as part of her cancer treatment. As you can imagine the medical costs alone can quickly add up especially when insurance plans do not cover the full costs.  Soon, Melissa’s long term leave pay will be reduced and finances will get tighter. We have set up this fundraising page to help lessen the financial burden as well as show Melissa our full support and encouragement in the journey ahead of her.
