Would you help me pay for my dads medical bills?

On June 23rd, 2022, my father, who lives in El Salvador, suffered a stroke that affected the right side of his body. We are paying for his immunoglobulin treatment and other medicines helping him get better each day; however, they are $500 weekly, and I have struggled to pay. My father has no health insurance and no income for food or transportation. I would appreciate it if you could contribute from the bottom of your heart with whatever you can help us with. I am not one to ask for help, but the monetary burden has overtaken my control. I thank you very much, and God bless you.

El 23 de junio de 2022, mi padre, que vive en El Salvador, sufrió un derrame cerebral que afectó el lado derecho de su cuerpo. Estamos pagando por su tratamiento de inmunoglobulina junto con otros medicamentos que le estan ayudando a mejorar cada dia; sin embargo, son $500 semanales, y he tenido dificultades para pagar. Mi padre no tiene seguro de salud y no tiene ingresos para comida o transporte. Le agradecería que pudiera contribuir desde el fondo de su corazón con cualquier cantidad en la que pueda ayudarnos.
