Steffy and Pepper have to make a trip to San Francisco on short notice. Let's help them pay for their travel and hotel!

"It appears more and more likely that I will undergo a second braIn surgery within the next few weeks. Pepper and I have an appointment in San Francisco next Tuesday (2/24) to meet with doctors at UCSF about my case and my options. Currently we are embroiled in all of the lovely details that go into putting together a fast trip for which we don't know duration or outcome. We suspect that we will be there for only a couple of days, initially. So the question becomes: fly or drive? (My husband is gung-ho to make this a road trip.) He sees adventure in everything! I love him.
"Our consult is at the UCSF Parnassus location. If anyone knows of a quiet, affordable hotel to stay for a night or two in that area, would you let us know? Trying not to let all the little details overwhelm me."
