Wood Family Expense Fund

Hi all,

My name is Susan Snow, and I am a dear friend of the Wood Family.

As you may already know, with an initial diagnosis of Crohn's Disease, Chris went in for what was expected to be a fairly routine surgery in March at JFK hospital in West Palm Beach. However, it was determined that instead of Crohn's, Chris suffers from an extremely rare form of appendiceal cancer requiring aggressive treatment. After remaining inpatient locally for the past weeks, the doctors have determined that the best plan is for Chris to transfer down to Miami in order to receive more specialized care by a team better equipped to manage such a rare diagnosis.

This fund is being set up to help cover ANY costs the family encounters.

Our hope is that we can significantly diminish the financial strain of this unexpected diagnosis. Additionally, please feel free to share this page on social media to better spread the word to the vast community that knows and loves the Woods.
