Wonder Woman Bernie Fighting Cancer!

Bernadette is a beloved Auntie of ours that is doing it hard. She has a lot of pride and doesn’t ask for much, yet still manages to work full time & make time for others. She doesn’t like to rely on others or Centrelink payments so we’d like to help her a little by trying to raise funds. Due to a condition called Carney Complex, she has endured 5 open heart surgeries throughout her lifetime. It all began when she had her first stroke at the age of 16, which lead to her first open heart surgery at the age of 17. She has also had breast cancer & lung cancer along with mini - strokes that cause continuous migraines & feels fatigued very easily. Her countless operations and days of recovery are never ending. She is definitely an inspiration to all of us. An absolute fighter to say the least. At the moment she is renting, but we fear if she becomes unwell again, her superannuation will not cover her rent. Therefore, we would like to raise some funds for a deposit for a house of her own,so she can rest easy if the time comes again.
