Sponsorship for Women of BICSI

This year the Women in BICSI would like to continue their goal of sponsoring one woman candidate in the Cabling Skills Challenge.  Your support will enable us to continue our outreach to women in the ICT industry!  Please consider donating $20.19 or more to support the Women in BICSI candidate for the 2019 Cabling Skill Challenge.

Your sponsorship funds help to offset the cost of travel, hotel and meals for the candidate while they are participating in the cabling skills challenge.   

For the past five years, the Women in BICSI have sponsored a female competitor in the Cabling Skills Challenge; the competitors have been supported by funds provided by companies and women within the ICT industry.  The competitors have strengthened their performance each year, providing an increased awareness of opportunities for women in the ICT industry while offering a framework for more women in the industry to connect with their peers.

The Women in BICSI is a group within the BICSI membership currently comprised of approximately 160 women. The Groups’ Steering Committee serves at the request of the general membership to support women by providing mentor-ship and networking opportunities within the ICT industry. Initially created to assist the growing number of women in the industry, the group continues to increase its’ membership while providing support to its members and the ICT community.
