Wojciech (Albert ) Podgorski

Our dear uncle Wojciech passed away in April from Covid 19.  He lived in a nursing home in New York City where he was alone and away from family when he passed. We are unable to travel to be with him and arrange a proper burial and memorial, and there are no immediate family members that are able to financially provide for his memorial.

New York hospitals, churches, and funeral homes are overwhelmed by the devastation of this pandemic. For this reason, we have decided on  a cremation near the catholic church in Manhattan which Wojciech was a member and involved with for most of his life . 

Our family is one of many all over the world that have been personally affected by the Covid 19 crisis.  We are asking for any support and donation possible, no matter the amount.

Ze smutkiem powiadamiamy ze 2 Kwietnia, 20r. zmarł nasz wujek Wojciech (Albert) Podgorski.
Był on Prezesem Klubu Katolickiego przy kościele w Manhattanie „St. Stanislaus Bishop and Martyr's Church”.
Zwłoki będą skremowane i wysłane do Polski.
