Many of my friends know who I am and what is currently going on in my life, but for the few that don't know me this is my story.
I am David and 36 yrs old a father of 2 wonderful boys Miekael & Demitri and an Amazing Wife Anya, I am a 12 yrs U.S Navy & U.S Army Veteran I got out under Honorable conditions in 2011.
In 2011 I found out that I was dignosed with Nephrotic Syndrome which is a kidney disorder that distroys kidney function. Since that time I have been on blood pressure medication and trying to live as health and normal of a life style as I could.
since 2011 I have had an amazing opportunity to work as a truck driver for a few years and as a frac operator for a great company but now it all is starting to change.
I found out I am in complete Kidney failure. I am currently at 20% function. Even though I am working the cost of supporting my family and dealing with medical expenses, Co-Pays, gas to and from specialist appointments (doctors are 2-4 hours away) and missing days of work due to treaments and only having one car has become overwhelming.
I dont like asking for help as many of my friends and family know, I have served this country with pride for the better part of my adult life now I am asking for you to give this soldier a little help to fight another day .
