Help save a house!!

This is a last-minute, hail-mary plea for a bit of help from friends. We have a close family member who is in imminent danger of losing their house and is two months behind on payments due to serious health care costs (along with a recent auto accident), lower than expected wages (due to new Trump era policies), and lenders with dubious morality. They have been trying to dig out of this hole for months (years?) and now it seems that they finally need a miracle. $6000 would get them out of the hole with these lenders and get them current with their payments. More would be even better...

Here are the musical incentives I can offer:

For $1250, I will come to your house, or a friends' house, with a good piano and put on a house concert for you and 30 of your close friends. I've been doing these concerts now for about a year and a half and they're a great deal of fun for everybody who attends. I talk about the music before playing, and we typically have a 30-60 minute reception afterwards where we can get to know each other, talk about music, etc. Another option for this level would be hiring me (and Jessica, if desired) for cocktail music at parties, events, weddings, etc. This could be a combination of light classical, standards, and light musical theater numbers.

For $2500, you can commission me to write a new piece of music. Use your imagination! If I teach your kid, I can tailor the piece to their skill level. If you have an anniversary coming up, you can dedicate it to your significant other. If you have a text/poem that you adore, I can set it for voice/piano. There are many possibilities here.

Also, you can pool money with others to get enough to reach these gifts.
