Vehicle fire and property damage

Our car recently set on fire after we came home from taking our 5 month old daughter to the sealife centre, we parked up the car and it started smoking from the glovebox we got out to get some water to cool it down and the second we got out of the car it went up in flames :(

Me and my little girl and our 5 dogs were locked inside the house unable to get our due to how much smoke there was and how big the flames was, luckily the firemen came and managed to control the fire but the car was completed melted by the time they got here.

We largely relay on our vehicle for Doctors appointments and work and without it will struggle massively.

Unfortunately insurance will not cover anything as we only had a temporary third partly policy as we are going to be selling the car next week.

It’s smashed 3 of our main windows, melted our front door, melted our fence, set fire to our astroturf and incinerated our pram :(
