Wiped clean from a Bank of America Zelle scam

Hi, my name is Caroline and I style and create the hair and makeup for the wrestlers of Impact Wrestling. Sadly, I am one of the customers affected by the Bank of America (BoA) and Zelle scam. In less than a 12-hour period, over thirteen Zelle transfers to three separate names, were cleared by BoA. Not once did BoA text, call, or email me about the multiple transfers that ranged from the hundreds to the thousands to determine whether the transfers were legitimately authorized by me. One amount was for over $9,000! When I contacted Bank of America, the BoA representative informed me that their phone number had been “spoofed” and that the fraudulent charges were scams and, in their words, “not fraud.” This started when BoA called me two weeks ago to inform me there was fraudulent activity on my account. Two weeks later, I received another call from BoA, or who I believed to be a representative from BoA for another suspicious activity. Following the directions of the agent, but not giving them my account information, I verified recent legal transactions I made and discredited the ones I did not make. The agent used terminology and phrases as though he was or had been a bank employee. Because it was the same phone number that I have as BoA I believed and trusted that the agent was looking out for my money. I have done everything I could possibly do on my own including filing police reports and physically going into a BoA branch. The BoA representatives have repeatedly told me that my funds are probably never going to be retrieved. In the meantime, BoA will not give me credit or any type of financial help for me to survive. BoA only opened up a claim. As I wait, I am left with around $1,000 to my name, from which I need to pay rent and other bills, as well as feed my two dogs. One of my dogs has a medical condition that requires bi-weekly vet visits to drain fluid and blood from one of her ears. I’m desperate and am asking for help.
