Winter's Help Fund

This is my friend, Winter.   She has hereditary kidney disease, and has been on dialysis for one year.  She is awaiting a kidney transplant, but often the wait is several years long.  

Until recently she worked in the medical profession.  Unfortunately, as her disease progressed, she lost her job through no fault of her own.   Winter does dialysis treatments 5 or 6 days a week for 3-4 hours at a time.  Dialysis leaves one very fatigued, to which I can attest - I was on dialysis 16 years ago, before I had my kidney transplant.

She has a strong faith and a positive outlook, though financial difficulties due to lost income have made her life even harder.

Transplant friends, Team Indiana, anyone out there who has ever struggled with serious illness, please consider donating $5.00, $10.00, $15.00, $20.00, $25.00, or more, if you are able.  It will greatly ease the  financial burden for Winter and her family!
